  • We begin with a signed search agreement and outlining the functions of the role.

  •  Identify the clients’ needs and understand how the role will impact the organization. 

  • Gain an understanding of the competencies of the position including but not limited to; critical needs assessment, description of responsibilities, talent requirements, compensation package (including base, bonus, 401k, benefits), and organizational culture. It is so important to understand the culture of our clientele. This will make the difference for identifying long term employees and employee retention. 

  • The search process entails a skills assessment and a rigorous interview process with not only the assigned recruiter, but Tonia Deal personally. 

  • After the client identifies interest, we do a thorough reference check and provide client with contact and details.
