Our Goal:

Candidates- you are the customer too! We are extremely proactive as to not waste anyone's time. We recognize that candidates have choices and it’s so important to be honest with the candidates through-out the process.  We can also assist in helping you with your resume, guide you through the interview and the onboarding process.

Resume:

The resume should be no more than 2 or 3 pages depending on experience.  We prefer 2-page resumes.  It’s important to understand our candidate’s achievements, immediate goals and long-term goals.

 

Questions/Comments that we often discuss:

 

  • Why are you open to considering a career move?

  • What about the position most interests you?

  • Discuss a problem or issue that you have had, what is your thought process in identifying a solution, how did you implement that solution and what was the end result?

  • What is your management style?

  • How do you identify critical issues?

  • How have you continuously improved upon yourself, your position, and previous organizations?

  • In current and previous positions where did your company fall short in obtaining your objectives?

  • What is current base salary, bonus, and what are your salary expectations?

  • We go through your career history, education and identify why you left previous employers.  Questions above are an overall outlay.  We definitely get into the details!  The details are what defines your fit for our clients’ needs and how you will best fit in the clients’ culture.  This helps us create a WIN/WIN!

  • References are required once we identify interest.  We will not conduct a reference check until we have mutual interest in moving forward with both the client and candidate.
